Telefakt API documentation

The Telefakt API known as TFAPI is an API developed and maintained by the Telefakt team, in comparison to the Telefakt Adapter API which is maintained by TechM. The endpoints at TFAPI are designed to be highly performant and easily configureable by us when new data items are needed. If you have questions or requests for this API please don't hesitate to contact the Telefakt team.

The API is deployed using Oracle ORDS and runs on standalone servers. The API endpoints are available in their entirety on the GlobalConnect VPN. Endpoints that are required outside the GC VPN, such as those used by cloud hosted applications, are also available through the GlobalConnect reverse proxy service. Endpoints are made available here on a as requried basis for security reasons.
