Messages

Telefakt sends automated messages to customers in the form of emails. These automated messages can be viewed by users after they are sent and users can also trigger a resend of the orignial message or a regeneration of a new message. The automation of messages can be configured and extended on an as necessary basis.

These configurations are stored in the DOX_AUTOGENERATE table and use templates stored in the DOX_DOCUMENTtable. Automatic emails are sent every 5 minutes.
